Would correcting my anterior pelvic tilt increase my height?

In 2018 (at age 18) I measured at 184cm at doctor's. I was already awake for 10+ hours

Fast forward to now, and I measured at 182 despite only being up for like 5-6 hours. This means I have shrunk from years of LDAR'ing, due to fucked posture.

Would correcting my APT possibly add on height? I've always had some form of APT even before I started rotting for 10+ hours a day. Does anyone have any experience with correcting a life-time of shitty posture?
