@notcanny you have a very sharp jawline and a well developed square chin, which are both desirable features. Your chin is basically ideal as is.
The only flaw is your jaw frontal angle : I measured it at ~83°, which is a bit too acute (outside the ideal range, 90-95°). However it does harmonize quite well with your ipsilateral angle (~87°), and doesn't really stick out.

If you were to fix that, I would advise against any sort of implant, as you would lose jawline sharpness in the process, on top of all the other issues frequently associated with jaw implants. I think fillers (Radiesse or an alternative) would be the superior solution in this case, as it would maintain sharpness and allow much better volume accuracy.

In the morph below, the jaw frontal angle has been corrected to ~90°, within the ideal range.

Would it be worth it ? Well, the aesthetic gain wouldn't be massive. That said , with fillers, it would only cost you a few hundreds bucks, with immediate results and no down time. So the risk to reward ratio & ROI would be pretty good.

As for the cheekbones : while their volume isn't ideal, it's still better than being boneless. It also harmonizes quite well with your chin's vertical projection. So it isn't too bad overall.

Finally, I don't see the need for any grafting in the infraorbitals — if that is what you meant in your title with "infra grafting".
