Would double jaw surgery + infra malar implants ascend me?

My face is pretty short, my nasal base is a little set back and ofc i have these paki recessed infras and malars. I was thinking of double jaw surgery with a downgraft + subtle infra malar implants + rhino for myself, i want to get rid of these subhuman nasolabial lines and tear troughs rlly bad.

Could you guys give me genuine advice on what you think? Is what i stated even the right thing to focus on?

I have the same problem and I was thinking about a BSSO cut with a lefort 1, would probably downgraft BSSO tho since I lack lower third

I think that you should get the jaw surgery first because you may be happy with the way you are and its already the best ROI for you

Wouldnt really see how a djs would benefit you. I'd say the highest ROI surgeries for you would be firstly fat grafting to the supraorbitals and then also a staircase genio because your chin looks really short from the front. Infra implants could also benifit you to fix your eyebags and give you more undereye support.
