Would double jaw surgery make a significant improvement?

Is double jaw surgery worth it in my case? Wondering if it would make a drastic improvement to where it would be worth the risk. It would include BSSO + CCW for the lower jaw, Lefort I impaction + advancement for upper jaw, genioplasty for chin, and possible midface implants. Also currently around 23% body fat and aiming to cut down to 15%.
From the front I have lip incompetence, as well as a visible gummy smile.

Yeah for sure, every surgeon I went to suggested CCW with bimax. My main concern is whether my result could be good enough to warrant going through the long recovery process or not.

Yes, the recovery isnt that bad 12-16 weeks

I just don't wanna end up mediocre like 90% of cases on r/jawsurgery lmao. I'll only go through the surgery if my result would make my front and side profiles genuinely look good. At least I think my genetics are decent enough for it. Like I said I'm at around 23% body fat and my jawline sort of shows. I've been at 17% and my jawline and facial structure was significantly more visible. Plus my hyoid isn't too low to cause a droopy neck I think.
