I use a eyelash and eyebrow serum and I’ve dyed my eyelashes 1x and my eyebrows like maybe 3x or more I don’t even remember the dye just wears off after about 2 weeks it’s mens beard dye

If thats the case, then just use 5% minoxidil foam on your eyebrows to promote hair growth there
