Yes, however unless you go private your orthradontist will not let you get a pallet expander unless your pallet is like deformed tier because they are cucks

Usually when you get a MARPE, you get a combined treatment of devices, it's not just accompanied by itself.

Reverse pull facemask and elastics would also pull your face forward, it's almost always necessary.

The area of expansion is slightly further from the infraorbital zone, while it may result in a domino effect, the results are very minimal

MARPE on it's own won't greatly improve your orbital box, and it's usually accompanied by headgear anyways.

I live in the cUcK and have a six tooth smile and the fuck-ass orthradontist told me how pallet expanders were a buzzword online and then she had the audacity to tell me to be carful what I watch online, I was trying my hardest not to get rude so I stayed calm like the polite little cuck I am
