I'm not talking about BPD cluster B horizontal cutting attention seekers, I'm talking about full blown psychotic women or those who are giga depressed to the point of attempting real suicide. Since they internalize everything, would they subconsciously try and ascend a sub-5 as a way to punish themselves?
