This is wrong, it depends on more factors than just race:
- Race/skin colour
- Ears
- Hair texture/type/colour
- Forehead/hairline width
- Temple width
- Cheekbone width
- Jaw width
- IPD/ES ratio
- Lip width
- BF%/face leanness
- Personality
- Fashion
Best thing to do is just experiment with side lengths and find the best one for YOU.
