Would fat grafts help reduce the extra space in my lateral canthus?

I have some extra space in my lateral canthus, which disappears when I slightly squint. I'm considering under-eye fat grafts would this fix it?

why would you want that? i believe i know what you mean but thats a positive feature. if fat grafts achieved reducing the space it would only be by reducing your pfl

No, because the lateral canthus redness extends beyond my orbital region and is clearly visible.

Yes fat grafting near the corners of the undereye can lead to a more sharp lateral canthus
Read it somewhere before

Yes it does it makes my eyes look a bit downturned when I don’t squint

Can't tell without pics but it's either skeletal (solution : implant) or soft tissue (solution : fat graft)
