Would fat-reducing creams have any effect on the nose?

Hey, I wanted to hear your thoughts: I’m thinking about making a cream that can reduce fat, and I’m wondering if it would have any effect on the nose.
An AI told me that it wouldn’t work because the nose contains very little fat and is mostly made of cartilage.
What do you think? Assuming the cream actually works for fat reduction, would there be any visible effect on the nose at all?

some part of that is true the nose is mostly cartilidge and bone it would only really work unless ur actually fat and i find that some hydrocortisone works well on my nose and makes it leaner try it if u havent

Your nose does have a small fat pad at the tip but getting lean can slightly reduce it.

You might have thick skin instead of fat if your already lean. Then hydrocortisone would work better thinning the skin.
