Would Genioplasty ascend me?

99% sure I’ve got a mild chin deviation. It’s causing lip asymmetry and a drifted chin aswell as an uneven width of my jaw. Opinions? If im doing a genioplasty/genio what should I fix about my chin? If im going to do it I might aswell fix other issues with my chin
