Try to train your neck, it will help your sternocleidomastoid muscles which are what will give you a deeper voice, if you train them they will tighten less and could give you a deeper voice

Try to breathe with the diaphragm, it will help to tense less the neck part, drink more water (3-4 liters a day) it helps the vocal cords to be hydrated and not have higher tones, also try to yawn several times a day, it helps to relax the muscles

i play less video games since i joined here, if i don't post here then i probably play 24/7.

Tramadol is diffrent from other opioids because it acts on serotonin + noradrenaline too .neurochemically tramadol is both mild opioid + snri (serotonin noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor). Some people become Cocky n Overconfident from tramadol (me included)

You could try pure opiates such as subutex (buprenorphine)or codeine , or maybe oxycodone bro

Not sure if those last 3 are available in Iran though. Subutex might be available
