Blepharoplasty and canthopexy (might just be lower) I know of, but other users might know other solutions.
Upper eyelid exposure isn't always because of a flaw in the eyelids, its more often the structure above that is at fault.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Blepharoplasty treats droopy upper eyelids and a canthopexy is more specifically for the lower lid but it pulls the whole thing tight.
If you mean what the canthus is, the lateral canthus is the outer corner of the eye and the medial canthus is the inner corner of the eye.
