bone age is mainly used for measuring height velocity (ie: how fast someone would grow, how far along in bone development they are, etc.)
if your growth plates are open, growth is possible

Not for height, facial bones hands muscles etc

the general consensus here is that your bones would not change
10+ IUs of hgh could lead to acromegaly, which is why i dont fully subscribe to the idea that it couldnt lead to bone growth

hands would grow after taking hgh
