Would I be charged with carrying a deadly weapon if I stabbed myself in Job Centre

If I took an 8 inch kitchen knife to me at Job Centre and stabbed myself (or did this at a hospital) in a bid to get sectioned so I can get disability for life, would I be found insane at the time and spared criminal charges, or would I get prosecuted? (UK)
