would palate expander effect zygos at all? I see some people say it can flare them out slightly with like 1cm expansion but idk if that’s how that works
brother i doubt a surgeon will let you pay extra for a mogging aspect lmao, unless youre going to a completely diff surgeon that aint happening. marpe is legit though, hurts like a bitch but so does surgery, if youre getting insurance for a lefort1 you could probably get some of the cost of marpe covered as well if you went that route, definitely something to look into
