Would I benefit from a liplift?

I’m about a week and a half post OP from my 8mm genioplasty. Already planning and saving for my next procedures? I was thinking about a liplift + canthopexy since they are minimally invasive. What hardmaxxed should I look into next?

I think a rhinoplasty would suit you pretty well.

Liplift and canthopexy are good ideas, they'd ascend you. You could look into fat grafting to your upper lip rather than a lip flip.

An alarplasty would suit you imo, shrinking the width of the nose from the front.
