Would I benefit from MARPE?

I dislike how my smile looks. Only around 8 teeth are showing. Also, my teeth are a little crowded and my molars are disproportionately big compares to my other teeth.

I wanted to get Invisalign but researched more and realized that maybe I could benefit from MARPE/SARPE.

I'm 20yo and have a medical insurance. Any advice is appreciated.

Palate expanders are for when your upper teeth don't fit over your lower teeth when biting down

Step one find a doc, set two do a CBCT and then decide on sarpe or marpe, ofc sarpe is more predictable but if your bone is not thick or the sutra not as fused you could get away with MARPE, as long as the ensurance covers a % just do the best option available

Palate expanders are for when your upper teeth don't fit over your lower teeth when biting down

you can expand the upper and the lower the difference is that the lower can be expanded with toothborne expanders, and the other staff like SFOT and a surgery that cuts mandible in half are too much, and prob alveolar expansion is enough for the lower
