Yeah only lf1 isnt worth it, and you think lf2 or 3 has to low roi?

No surgeon will perform Lefort 2 or 3 on you unless you're severely deformed or have been in an accident. Implants can achieve the same aesthetics

So right now I’m certain on definetly doing under eyes, so fat grafting? And then prolly a bit of lip filler and maybe jaw implants?
