1-ur maxilla doesnt look recessed its just your lower jaw which u can get sliding genioplasty to fix your chin projection + implants to give jaw width and lengthen the ramus and give a wide more squared chin
2-rhino
3- lip reduction to make your lips kore even and a bit thinner since they're very big
4- eye area, u can get upper blepharo and lower lid retraction or just about any eye srugery to fix the shape and eyelids to make ur eyes look better

softmaxxes:
1-fix coloring, you dont wanna look indian (especially in some lightings) so just lighten ur skin tone using kojic acid soap and peels (also lip peels to lighten lip color and tinted lip balm maybe)
2-fix the bloat and lean down, use diuretics and fix ur diet for overall leaning down and getting ur health up
3-try ever cope looksmaxx u can get ur hands on just search them on the forums but dont chew as it will make things worse and bloat u more
4-get rid of buzzcut and the undercut, get a good trendy haircut and slightly prettyboymaxx since it could help with frauding some stuff
5-shave the peach fuzz or try growing a beard and fix ur eyebrows, derma stamp and minox (oral and topical)
6-u can also blast roids in hopes of getting bone growth in ur jaw, just search on the forums what roids give mandible growth and blast that
