1-ur maxilla doesnt look recessed its just your lower jaw which u can get sliding genioplasty to fix your chin projection + implants to give jaw width and lengthen the ramus and give a wide more squared chin
2-rhino
3- lip reduction to make your lips kore even and a bit thinner since they're very big
4- eye area, u can get upper blepharo and lower lid retraction or just about any eye srugery to fix the shape and eyelids to make ur eyes look better

1-fix coloring, you dont wanna look indian (especially in some lightings) so just lighten ur skin tone using kojic acid soap and peels (also lip peels to lighten lip color and tinted lip balm maybe)
