No don't do it. You've got a lot of soft maxxes you can exploit while you think about it. You could be a slightly higher psl with more generic features or a slightly lower psl with more distinguishing features. Keep your nose

Honestly it looks very good it suits your jaw and chin well and is harmonious. Rhino is one of the surgeries where it can completely mess your appearance
