Would I qualify for any jaw or maxilla surgeries?

Im pretty sure my maxilla is brutally recessed which causes my nasolabial folds. I think it also causes my bottom eyelid to droop down a little causing more sclera to show and preventing my from having hunter eyes. My mandible could be recessed however, im not to sure about that. I feel like my chin projection is decent. What do yall think?

Ill lose a little more weight and see if it appears to look less recessed.
