Would implants make me htn?

your overbite gives the illusion of a more narrow jaw. the facial depth of the lower third plays a huge role for the face. idk if ur gonna have bimax or something to treat that. Jaw implants will improve 100% tho

As far as jaw I need to see your side profile and then smile from the front

You have low incisor show and maxillary height deficiency, not mandibular height deficiency. You are a candidate for jaw surgery with downgraft. If you get jaw implants on such a skull it will look very off. Either get no surgeries at all or get jaw surgery. That said you are a the potential for a good DJS result since your mandible has a good shape and your upper thirds are good. This kind of face is one of the best bases for a DJS ascension. I am certain jaw surgery would get you to HTN. Please do consider a slight zygo reduction though. There is such a thing as too much.

Damm thanks, i thought i needed a bsso but a DJS was option too i need to betabux enough money for it and get a good quality surgeon, i will lose all my fat naturally with diet but one thing, without being a sturbborn why not gonial implants to get them straight so that + DJS would harmony a bit more my zygos i kinda got attached to them but if not i guess yeah reduction

Your ramus is short and this can indeed only be solved by jaw implants. But the biggest bottleneck on your looks is the maxillary height deficiency and this is only solved with a downgraft. Within the jaw surgery the downgraft would be more important than any additional projection since you are not that recessed. Basically, if you wanted to go all out, do (1) jaw surgery, (2) gonial implants, (3) zygo reduction. In decreasing order of importance.

Your skeletal issue is your jaw is way smaller then your midface. Half of it from it genetically being small but right now it’s mainly because it is positioned too far back making it barely visible from the front . If you jut your jaw it should give you an idea of if your jaw was in a better position so basically you just want surgery to bring your jaw lower and forward which will also make it appear wider. your maxilla height is in the normal range so i dont see a need for surgery there
