not alot if ur have a good source but thatt boy had like very bad skeletal deformitites so i needa dose low if im gonna be doing anyting.Also erdafitinib inhibits all fgfr receptors which is probably another reason why he had all of these deformities

vosoritide is good if you have the ability to source it. loxo would probably get you maximum efficacy with minimum collateral pathway interference (although sourcing it would be extremely difficult and it has no bone data yet) but tyra has the most direct preclinical evidence for promoting bone growth
