Yeah, i figured. But some articles insist on how risky diy injections of botox are, some even say it can be fatal if dosed improperly.

of all areas, this one seems to be rather easy.

I tried pdo threads and they helped a little but not enough. Should I do pcl threads or botox to flip my mouth corners on upper lip and maybe shorten philtrum? Which one is more effective in your opinion

threads are safer, but I would go for botox because you'd need a lot of them and it's mega painful to put them in this area.

the reason I'm able to diy shit on myself is because my pain tolerance is stupidly high.

Alright, thanks. When I put pdo in my philtrum it hurt so bad holy shit it's top 3 most painful things ive ever felt, but it was a screw so I couldnt pull it out and had to keep going

you can pull screws out, just not cogs.

I did a few the other day I know how bad they are, probably the only area I actually mind doing.

they don't have to be precisely in your lips by the way even if they're on the philtrum above it it should still pull on the tissue of your lip a little, but it's equally painful to put them there so there's not much point.
