My body is fit and lean however, my face holds onto so much fat - I have been struggling to reduce face fat for years still have no clue how to after trying most methods. Maybe I'm a spastic so please tell me.

My friend is recomending reta to loose face fat is that right? how much would be an optimal dose or would this shit perish me?

If you're not 10% body fat, then cut until you're at 10%. You're most likely just skinny fat

reta to lose face fat? just go to the gym and cut to 12% body fat
