i know, trying is enough for Jesus, him seeing people care enough to attempt it is great to him, but in this world so wicked we cant do much of that, its no excuse nonetheless

the real beauty comes from doing it surrounded by evil, if jesus was well received in a beautiful and perfect world, there wouldn't be so much merit in what he did. we live in a world where when you chase happiness, it runs away from you. you end up with overdoses, crippling depression, loneliness.

but when you decide to do what's right despite the outcomes, it fulfills you and then you start to experience happiness. if we are just animals with the purpose to survive, why would it be like this?
