Would Jon Kortajarena be unmoggable if he had better coloring/pheno?

He basically has the perfect bones. In terms of that, no one really comes close. As can be seen from the pictures below. But is he true adam potential? If he were to have the coloring down, would he be true adam? First psl 8 ever? Feel free to show a morph of him with better phenotype/coloring.

It doesnt make sense to me, him having a different phenotype would be changing his characteristics, right?
But yeah, if he had better coloring and a different nose it would be just brutal.

Only altering color, bone structure stays the same. For example if he had Kater's coloring, would he be PSL 8

frauded damian and true damian are 2 diff ppl gng. 2nd as I said we aren't changing his characteristics, rather just his coloring like eyes and skin. let me put it simply so even someone like you could understand, if someone were to have his exact skull but with lighter skin and better eye coloring, would they be true adam. can you understand that? or do i need to numb it down a bit more
