Would Lefort even be worth it?

As you can see, my maxilla is fairly recessed, however my lips protrude outwards. Would bimax make me look like a chimp? I’m thinking I could get the same results by just getting rhino (which I’ll need regardless of if I get lefort or not), infra implants w lower blepheroplasty (which again I’ll need regardless), lip lift, and then malar implants to fix the midface hollowing. I feel like just getting malar implants would fix my issue at a fraction of the price. Obviously Lefort 2 or 3 would be ideal but there’s no chance a surgeon is going to perform that on me, and even a high cut lefort 1 doesn’t really fix any of the midface hollowing.

Ofc I know bsso is part of bimax but tbh my mandible doesn’t horribly impact my aesthetics as it is so that’s why I’d be fine just skipping mandibular advancement and getting the midface implants

I have an overjet due to how my tongue sits in my mouth naturally, pushing the front teeth forwards, but the rear 1/3 of my tongue is not applying pressure to the palate, causing down growth of the upper maxilla (or rear maxilla if you’re looking at the palate)

Iqlet I’ve been looksmaxxing for over a year atp doing every method with the exception of bonesmashing bc imo it’s just cope and surgery so these are really the only options I have left. Just because my lower maxilla (or front of my palate) is forward grown, doesn’t mean the entire maxilla is, do I need to highlight the sunken in part compared to what an ideal maxilla looks like? Due to poor tongue posture it has pushed the front of my palate forwards, causing an overjet and outward tipping of the teeth, hence the protruding lips. However my midface lacks projection and orbitals have shit support due to the downgrowth of the rear 1/3 of the palate.
