Would lengthening Rhino to elongate my nose and shorten my philtrum mess up my side?

Like will it look comical from the wide? Can anyone post results. My midface ratio is normal but my nose too short and philtrum too long @lurking truecel

you could do liplift to get rid of the soft tissue part. For the nose probably would be rotating tip cw and lengthening the columnella (but obviously there has to be balance between these 2)

I don't really have an example to show but an upper lip lift would cover up ur long philtrum,and it's much easier and cheaper than an elongating rhinoplasty.

they can elongate it with grafts I believe but it's rather rare and complicated to do.

Whats ur opinion on Lip Flip with Botox also do u have any good results of Lip Lift?

Lip flip is good if u js wanna try to see the look or if the problem is minor,for long philtrum such as urs ur better off getting lip lift imo,and just look for results of it online I don't have any to show.
