Would liposuction and genioplasty work to give me a more defined face, rather than taking the risk of bimax?

I want to get bimax, but I’m wondering if genioplasty and liposuction would give me more defined bones in my face, if they would then I might reconsider and not get bimax, also going to get a few more surgeries, but I want a defined face
