Would losing weight reduce the impression of recessed infras?

Losing weight has it's pro's and con's in regard's to this.
Sure, if your cheek's became shallower, your face might fit together, but you also run the risk of losing Supraorbital fat and worsening your infra-fat pad, and you don't know whether hollow cheeks would look good or not, you could end up looking gaunt.

Sure, in the end recessed infra's and supra's can be fixed with Fatgrafting or filler
