Would marp palate expander ascend me

Right now to cover up my terrible lower face I’m using minoxidil to grow a stubble (attempt to add width) and a mustache (to add volume on recessed upper lip). To pair with that I’m starting mt2 (potentially would darken beard hair) and ghk-cu (repair skin from derma stamping and general skin care) for skin and starting steroid cream for my nose. (Lmk if I need other soft maxes, also would Reta descend me if it reveals more of my bone structure?) But truthfully I think those are temporary solutions and I need a marp palate expander and eventually a double jaw surgery because I have a narrow palate and a severe underbite. Some people say a marp isn’t necessary in many cases but I’d just like confirmation if it would help in my case because I’m not an expert on facial analysis.

one of few on this forum that ask if they need marpe that actually needs it, yes get it, but I’m guessing your also class three so jaws surgery will also help you
