so recently i realized i can’t get hollow cheeks because my zygos are flat, then i came to the conclusion i can get a skeletal expander to widen my palate to change my 8 tooth smile, and to push my cheekbones and zygos more out, while at the same time i have a reverse pull headgear appliance pulling my maxilla forward because my suture is very malleable since it is being opened by a expander. if you guys can please make a realistic morph of what i’d look like if i went through with someone like this because idk maybe i shouldn’t get expansion because i can look uncanny, but i have eyebags, flat zygos, bad ccw rotation, and bad maxillary projection.

i would say mse or just a palate expander and then some braces would be fine enough, u only really need some expansion to make ur smile better

ur just describing a lack of fat, fat grafts would be a good option to fix your tear trough lines

yea it will but it also pushes out the orbitals more which will increase ur intercanthal distance, mfr, esr, and eme, u just dont understand how mse/marpe effects the face.

and how do u know its not ur fat pads? when u feel around ur under eyes does the skin feel thin?

isn’t my esr and intercanthal distance short already? also the amount my eyes move will be less then a mm so in a good or bad way my eye area will barely change. what will however drastically change is the zygomatic projection and cheekbone. if i do not need rph ill just get mse but i doubt i wont need rph since alot of my issues are related to a bad maxilla.

i beg you overlay the after photo over the before photo by exactly placing it on the spot the ears are in the exact same place, then change the overlay level and see how much eye difference there is, you won’t see anything.
