so recently i realized i can’t get hollow cheeks because my zygos are flat, then i came to the conclusion i can get a skeletal expander to widen my palate to change my 8 tooth smile, and to push my cheekbones and zygos more out, while at the same time i have a reverse pull headgear appliance pulling my maxilla forward because my suture is very malleable since it is being opened by a expander. if you guys can please make a realistic morph of what i’d look like if i went through with someone like this because idk maybe i shouldn’t get expansion because i can look uncanny, but i have eyebags, flat zygos, bad ccw rotation, and bad maxillary projection.

@RealSurgerymax wouldn't be doing obo if palate expander increased inter orbital distance significantly.

The sutures of your orbits are pretty much closed which is why Paul Tessier had to create the obo

would you be willing to make a morph if i indeed did get zygomatic and jaw angle implants also just a question would i in theory be able to achieve more prominent cheekbones and wider jaw without surgery while im still developing

My point is it makes a difference, and doesn’t just have no effect. OP’s eyes are already wide, and u wouldn’t want to make them wider.

I mean u can watch the video and look at the orbits specifically but either way I don’t care that much to prove that I’m right lol it’s not like I’m the one that needs this stuff anyways

but yk rn im 16 my suture is probably still open, i’ve heard that my mid face is really wide already, maybe its a buccal fat issue?
