Would marpe or hyrax hybrid be a looksmin?

Been seeing a lot of posts debating palate expanders and most of them conclude that it has more downsides compared to downsides. Some sat that palatal expansion won't affect any ratios positively past a certain age.

I would like to know if it's actually cope at my age or not. I'd rather not get short replies and I would love it if any of you could show me the evidence for why or why not I should get marpe or hyrax hybrid.

if ur palate isn’t narrow you shouldn’t get it imo, maybe a slight expansion with braces would be helpful even if ur not recessed but i wouldn’t burn 10k on some bs like that
yes it affects ratios, mouth width to nose and fwhr mainly
