Would methylphenidate fuck my hormones?

I used to use methylphenidate because of my ADHD, now Im getting prepared for university. I want to softmaxx as much as possible so I searched up if the drug has a side effect on hormones. There wasnt't many result that speaks of testosterone, but seems like it raises cortisol so can somebody tell me if using this would affect my hormones that much?

Sometimes I just drop using the drugs because it just makes me feel like shit bro, first time I get back into drugs I felt like someone was following me. My heart was pounding and I was cold sweating, I felt like Im a fucking hunt and Im getting chased by a predator in the wildlife, so it definitely raises cortisol. But I wanted to know if there is scientific evidence for this.

how are they weird? gimme examples. Everyone here nowadays seems to have adhd or WANT to have adhd lol. Like it's a badge of honour. (especially girls but also guys since a few guys on loveisland claimed to have adhd)
