I had SARPE I don't see a difference in philtrum length once the swelling went away
I'm not sure yet if my mouth itself stretched but I will take after pics for comparison soon

I am interested in looking into ways to widen the mouth itself since I now have wider palate to work with

I have use mouth widening device for months and in my experience

It is legit, I use it for a few months and made my lips something like 4mm wider
