Would MSE or Palate Expander theoretically make ES ratio higher or lower?

Would it increase Bizygomatic Width more than IPD relatively or the other way round or about the same amount? Or does it depend on things like expansion rate, age,...

Why the fuck would MSE make ur IPD higher? It doesnt make ur orbitals grow in width jfl

You need as long screws as possible to expand more upper part of face
