Would mse still be aesthetic with narrow temples?

MSE is not aesthetic by principle. Unless you have a clinically narrow palate, expanding it won't give you any substantial increase in smv. It's like having straight teeth, that doesn't give you psl points, but not having them straight, gets you 1 or 2 points less.

I'm talking about real-life improvement mate. What the autists of this forum think is important is not always what's important irl or for women.

Do you truly think mse would change anything for him? If you're ugly, you'd go from ugly with narrow palate to ugly wide wide palate.
