I dont think it is a good idea at all, hgh already will cause bone mass/some forward growth if u ur young enough (15-18) and i dont know the reason, but I know that it is commonly used for heightmaxing, which in turn takes a while so if u pin all at the start and coutinue to pin long term ur jaw will overgrow due to the overload of horomones present in the body.
