Would Nosejob ascend me hard?

My nose is ruining my harmony, too wide, nostrils a bit wide, boxy tip, too projected from the side and slight bump.

Would I ascend from nosejob, planning on reducing the width of the nostrils, making the tip less boxy and shaving down projection forward from the side by a bit.

Yes, rhinoplasty would be good for you, also consider lip filler since your lips are quite thin, mirin the fizeek though.

Agree, but both philtrum and lips size are hardest to fix in males, since all mouth procedures in males make them look gay or botched

its more helpful if you give us non frauded, more neutral angle pics so we can help you.
from what I see your nose tip is slightly bulbous but I would have it as the priority since it is not ur worse falio. You could fix ur nose but be carefully cuz it doesnt really have a major flaw so it could be botched easily, i wouldnt recommed.
Ur midface ratio is on the longer side and your upper lip area is kinda flat and missing projection. Also your lips are very thin.
Obv double jaw could help but very invasive and unnecessary. Filler in your lips or something to make them bigger would help you a lot
Also tbh you look good enough alr, which ik a lot of ppl dont like to hear, just live ur life and get off this site
