first thing is your mouth is narrow and downturned at the corners. corner lip lift / commissuroplasty
you have nct and scleral show but some canthoplasty results are uncanny, i would be careful with it, get thicker longer and darker eyelashes and straighter darker eyebrows first, and improve skin quality. your base is not bad
