Definitely not, part of attraction comes down to dimorphism, men simply have different facial ratios than women, place those same ratios on a woman, and suddenly she's no longer attractive, she isn't signaling that dimorphic femininity anymore, and therefore becomes unattractive.

Attractive men and women need to have ideal facial ratios for their gender, there are very little traits that are considered universally attractive regardless of the gender.

Chico as a woman just looks like Chico jfl. There were a few foid morphs of him and basically nothing changed. Most other PSL Gods as women would probably look uncanny though, because PSL Gods typically have high dimorphism, like deep-set eyes, longer midfaces, and larger skulls
