Would ptosis surgery help to improve my eye area?

This is my eye area at the moment but i want the eye on the left side of the pic to look symmetrical to the right eye. Would ptosis surgery achieve this? Thanks in advance

you are overthinking this. its nothing. ptosis surgery wont even increase 0.1 psl on your face
