weird thing is: I have solid zygos, I am lean 12-14% and have cheeklines in correct light but I fear due to my BRUTAL RECESSION i dont have hollow cheeks fuck man brutal those 10% could be crucial for me. Also the guy has a almost perfect bizygo to bigonial ratio and a very squarish jaw. All things I hope to achieve by getting ccwr trimax with ramus widening..

paul is one of the best technical surgeons who uses extremely expensive custom plates and custom cutting guides. he has his own engineer to design every VSP. not every surgeon is like that. has hidden techniques to compensate for the extreme torquing because clearly that isn’t natural

Does Paul ever speak or write about the techniques he uses?
I’m going to try emailing asking about what he does to compensate for outwards torquing of the jaw. It’s clear in the video that not only is the ramus torqued out but the entire mandible body as well.
You can also see a midline cut of both jaws being used to widen both the jaws and chin. Paul C is a god
