Would Richard Ramirez really have looked better if he had a healthier life ?

As many knows Richard Ramirez is very good looking, also considering how horrible his life style was (only ate junk and did every drug possible, slept many times in graves and street etc etc...)

Now here a picture of him when he was 16 or 17 years old :

He indeed look way softer and healthier than the one we know. But does he looks better ?

Well I dont think so.

Here pictures of him again but when he was older :

Way more agressive features and the bones are better. But it could be related to the body fat level

So I think drugs actually gave him better bones.

Again I can make mistakes as I am not a professional.

I just heard a lot of "imagine if he was healthy" and thought that maybe, this unhealthy lifestyle is what gave him this looks due to luck. (As the changes can be "random" among all peoples it destroyed, maybe he got lucky and these physical changes made him better)
