his nose is caused by downgrowth of the maxilla it was prolly meant to be straight

the nose bridge would stay similar regardless on if he had a recessed maxilla or not - a recessed maxilla just makes the nose itself look bigger compared to the rest of his face

i don't think his nose is that prominent in size, but the nasal hump is atrocious

not sure why he didn't attempt to even fix the flaws that he had, but ig if anyone had his looks they wouldn't risk it with getting a botched surgery or some shit

you are right a reccesed maxilla makes the nose look bigger but i was talking about the rotation of the maxilla that can actually change the nose bridges appearance. what you will see with ccw bimaxes are if someone had a straight nose before it gets curvy and if it was hooked it gets straight
