im currently planning on almost starving (600-800cal) for 2 months ish, would thi stunt my height or afect my bone development or cognitive functions?

I did 800 cal for three months and yes
Unless you enter a catch up growth after malnutrition then yes you are going to stunt your growth and you will likely get growth hormone deficiency after:lasereyes:

You would likely have to stay on HGH for a long time and secondly how old are you if you’re planning to do this in puberty and you don’t get into type a catch up growth after malnutrition like I did
Then it would be over growth wise
So no stay whatever you are now and wait till you’re 18 and you can cut
 
Yea starving your self through puberty would probably have a affect on height growth and bone mass just eat lean and workout

Full day fast 10pm to 8 pm (22hours) done once or twice a week but expect muscle loss at twice break fast before bed around 11 pm with one large meal but the food has to be perfect

Eat healthy sources and a lot of protein if you're trying to lose, get in a slight deficit. I wouldn't cut massively until you stopped growing. I am 6'2 and 23 now, and when I was 13 I really started lifting and stopped eating slop. Trust me, it's the best decision I ever made.
